Pour the oil directly into your palm before stroking externally on intimate areas.
Or, use the included glass applicator to apply sparingly, drop by drop. Pull the wand out of the bottle and tilt it slightly over your hand to get ~3 drops at a time. We recommend leaving the glass wand in the bottle full time for easy use.
Use it for yourself, on your partner, or partners, for every body. It's not a replacement for lube, though.
