SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 24-72 hours of receipt. Ground orders will arrive in 3-8 business days. Expedited shipping options are available through UPS and USPS depending on desired arrival time. For international shipping, please contact us directly at hello@feelnoen.com. As we are a small business, please note that customs and duty charges may apply and are at the discretion of the customs agents in your country. We are not responsible for the cost of duties on international shipments.
RETURN POLICY
We honor a 14 day return policy provided items are returned in the same condition they were received and are in their original packaging. Once opened, sales are non-returnable. Please contact us directly to obtain an approval code before returning any merchandise. From the date that the approval code is received, goods must be received by Noén within 10 days. Upon receipt of merchandise we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Should you receive a product that is damaged or defective please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. For any promotions or gift with purchases, if original order is returned without the free merchandise, item value will be deducted from refund.
