Refund policy

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for products that are unopened and in their original packaging. Once opened, products can't be returned.

To start a return, email hello@feelnoen.com for an approval code. Your return must reach us within 10 days of receiving the code. Once it arrives, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank may take a little longer to post it. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If an order included a free gift or promotional item and it isn't returned, its value will be deducted from the refund.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email hello@feelnoen.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
