Noén Volume I
INTIMACY THROUGH ART
The first volume of Noén presents intimacy as a rich, lived experience—woven through relationships, art, and everyday rituals. This modern intimacy publication encourages readers to rethink connection and vulnerability through the lens of art, helping us define a modern connection marked by nuances, complexities and infinite expressions.
This print-only publication curated by Anne Verhallen urges us to re-evaluate the conversations surrounding intimacy in a culture that perpetuates online interaction while ignoring our physical bodies. Art, and the pleasure, pain, identity, and vulnerability it portrays, helps us put our sex, love, and connection out for everyone to see.
Featuring: Aks Misyuta, Elizabeth Glaessner, Christopher Hartmann, Ser Serpas, Kacy Keffers, Hiba Schahbaz, and Iva Lulashi, alongside photographers Max Papendieck and Alex Moore, filmmaker Angelique Kalani Axelrode, sex therapist April Gainer, and tantric coach Alida Gagliuffi.
Editors: Marisa Goldstein & Natalie Mankarious
Designer: Claire Graybeal
Also available at Public Records, 109 Montrose, Soho News International, Casa Magazines, Varick News, Iconic Magazines on Mott, Million Goods.
Noén launched a publication to explore intimacy as a living, cultural experience, blending art, writing, and personal reflection.
It challenges traditional notions of intimacy, highlighting vulnerability, care, and human connection beyond the physical.
It looks at how intimacy, identity, and sexuality lives in our culture today through stories, art, and everyday connection.
It is both—a curated intimacy publication and a collectible art magazine with renowned artists from around the world.
